Finding a pair of shoes that aren’t too expensive is usually quite a challenge, usually something is just off about them. The French family company Septieme Largeur will hopefully make your search easier. The materials being used for the shoes are always of high quality, that’s something that the founder of the company, Marcos Fernandez values above all. Most shoes are Goodyear welted, the company also offers the Norwegian construction. The finish is something that the company pays great attention too, their shoes usually have their own unique patina. Also the shoes feature closed-channel stitching which further enhances the result. The prices range from 200€ for their basic shoes and up to 550€ for their cordovan collection. In other words, pretty decent pricing considering that you get something really unique.
Something that is pretty unique about this company is that you can buy a pair of shoes in raw calf leather, and the craftsmen at Septieme Largeur will customize them for you. Which means, you get a pair of shoes that are completely unique made especially for you. This only costs 50€ extra.
The first two pictures are from their regular collections. The rest are shoes that have been customized, beautiful to say the least.
Also, make sure to check out their Tumblr to see more of their beautiful, customized creations!
